Visual Kei are a fun, light-hearted, social/raiding guild. We started the guild with a few friends and family about a year ago and got the guild up to a 10-man raiding guild, progressing nicely through Wrath of the Lich King, clearing Icecrown Citadel. But in that space between clearing it and waiting for Cataclysm to hit, we lost a lot of members. We are now looking to fill up those spaces and get started on Cataclysm raiding.
Our main focus is 10man raiding and progression through Cataclysm content. But, there's almost always someone to help you with a dungeon, a heroic, a quest, an old school raid, anything really! We're happy and willing to help, so all you have to do is ask. :]
We've recently started to organise fun guild events for everyone to take part in. The more people that join in the more fun they'll be! They range from speed events, like racing from one location to another, creative events like screenshot contests, events that involve members working together, parties and more! There's no requirements for any of these events, so anyone from the guild can join in.

If you'd like to progress through raiding with us, or just want to join in on the fun, you can apply to the guild by clicking the big 'apply here' button below this. That will take you to our application forum, where you can read further about the guild rules. There's also a sample application, in case you're unsure of what to put in yours. To the left there's a recruitment block which shows if your class is currently being recruited. Don't worry though, if your class is closed and you send us an application, we will always read it and a well-written application is never over-looked.

Where's That Dwarf?: A Success!
|
Our first guild event is over and I think it was a success. Everyone had great fun and it was a really nice experience overall. I think we'll definitely do it again, maybe sometime next month. But in the meantime, there will be lots more different events to look forward to!
Congratulations to Kirby and Kinslayer for finding the Dwarf the quickest and becoming the #1 Dwarf Hunter Team!

Cataclysm Progression & Recruitment

Hello everyone!
Well, since downing the Lich King and waiting for Cataclysm to come out, the guild has gone on a bit of a hiatus and we've lost a lot of members. To progress through the new Cataclysm content, PuGs just won't do and there's a lot of benefits to doing full guild runs now, so Visual Kei have hopes for our raiding setup and the progression we can make.
We need you! And you need us... we know you do, don't lie :P
We're your new home, you just haven't discovered it yet. Give us a go, and you'll see.
As soon as we have a full 10-man group we'll start raiding every week, probably about 2-3 times, or more. Most of the current members have some Cataclysm raiding experience, so we're not going at it completely blind, we know what we're doing.

A round of Ulduar 10, to clear it out of the way for tonight and some hardmodes in it for a silly drake attempt. We need 4 more now, but the next week's reset will remove the mounts probably. =(
